Strength That Endures | Cementing a Sustainable Future
Our Products
Over a century of innovation and quality
We offer a diverse range of high-quality cement products designed to meet the unique needs of various construction projects. Whether you’re working on residential, commercial, or industrial structures, our cement ensures durability, strength, and performance.
Our Cement (OPC) is a versatile and widely used cement suitable for a variety of construction applications. Known for its high compressive strength and durability, OPC is ideal for general construction projects, including buildings, bridges, pavements, and more.
- Applications: Foundations, slabs, beams, columns, and other structural elements.
- Benefits: Fast setting time, excellent workability, and superior strength.
Unique Features
Calcium hydroxide and a strength-giving chemical are produced by the water cement reaction. PPC’s pozzolana combines with calcium hydroxide to create a product that adds strength. The strength and longevity of the structure are increased by this ongoing response.
PPC creates more strength-giving compounds as a result of its higher fineness, which increases the amount of water-tight (impermeable) structures.
The PPC interaction with water evolves least heat. Even in new constructions, strain and cracks are caused by a larger temperature gradient that arises from higher heat evolution.
By adding fly ash to PPC, the possibility of an alkali-silica (aggregate) reaction which could lead to the production of expansion pressures that weaken concrete and cause cracks is eliminated.
A sound foundation for inventory management
- Purchase just what is needed for the next week or two.
- Make sure the cement bag isn’t ripped, please.
- Don’t let employees lift the bags with hooks or other pointed objects.
- Cement needs to be kept in a godown with a plinth height of at least 300 mm.
- Verify whether the shed’s roof leaks. If so, fix it.
Cement should always be kept away from walls. - Cement should not be kept directly on the ground. Use polythene sheeting or wooden planks or pallets.
- For improved pile stability, arrange cement bags in a header and stretcher fashion, placing one layer lengthwise and one layer widthwise.
- Always use the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method.
